Ne događa se često da naiđemo na recept koji je toliko jednostavan, a da je rezultat neopisivo ukusan. To je savršen recept i za one koji tek počinju svoje slastičarsko putovanje, a obožavat će ga raditi i iskusniji slastičari koji traže brzu i jednostavnu opciju. Ova torta, za koju su potrebna samo dva sastojka, više je od pukog trenda, ona je dokaz činjenice da recept ne mora biti kompliciran da bi bio ukusan. Bez otmjenih tehnika, bez kompliciranih koraka, samo dva sastojka i malo vremena je sve što ti je potrebno da ga napraviš.

Torta od batata i tamne čokolade

Radi se o viralnoj torti od batata i čokolade koja je poput najsavršenijeg moussea, koja će nesumnjivo postati favorit u svačijem domu. Ukusni batat, u kombinaciji s tamnom čokoladom, stvara baršunasti desert savršen za bilo koju prigodu ili za zasladiti život bilo koji dan jer je za njezinu pripremu potrebno minimalno truda. Prepusti se ovom dekadentnom desertu s dodatnim blagodatima hranjivog batata koji je bogat vitaminima A i C. Čokoladna torta od batata - sastojci:

  • 400 g pečenog batata
  • 200 g tamne čokolade
  • 80-100 g tamne čokolade (možeš joj dodati 1-2 žlice kokosovog ulja za sjaj ili malo mlijeka za mekši sloj)
  • Po želji možeš ukrasiti tortu sjeckanim pečenim lješnjacima

Čokoladna torta od batata - priprema:

Batat je prvo potrebno ispeći u pećnici na 220 stupnjeva Celzijevih dok ne omekani, otprilike 55 minuta. Potrebno ga je prepoloviti, izbosti vilicom odozgora i prekriti folijom da ostane sočan. Kad su gotovi, odstrani se kora i odvoji otprilike 400 g batata. Dok se batat peče, vrijeme možemo iskoristiti za otapanje 200 g crne čokolade koju ćemo potom dodati u onih 400 g batata i izmiksati u blenderu dok ne dobijemo kremastu smjesu.

Dobivenu mješavinu stavimo u kalup za tortu i ravnomjerno rasporedimo (imaj na umu da je ovo mjera za najmanji kalup, onaj promjera 16 cm). Potom se smjesa prelije otopljenom tamnom čokoladom. Ako želiš dodatno dekorirati tortu pospi malo nasjeckanih, pečenih lješnjaka uz rubove. Sve što je nakon toga potrebno je strpljenje dok se torta hladi i “steže” u hladnjaku. U njemu treba odstajati barem nekoliko sati ili, najbolje, preko noći.

Let's dive into it! Ingredients Cake base: 1200g Sweet Potato (about 3 medium or 2 large) About 225 G chocolate (1 1/4 cups) 2 tsp vanilla paste or extract Chocolate ganache 1 cup coconut cream 1.5 tsp vanilla paste or extract About 225 G chocolate (1 1/3 cups) Step 1: Peel, chop and steam those sweet potatoes! I've got about 1200 grams here, roughly 3 sweet potatoes. Pop them into the Instant Pot and pressure cook them for just 14 minutes. Trust me, the Instant Pot makes this process a breeze. Step 7: Pop it in the fridge and wait 12-24 hours. Your patience will be rewarded, I promise! Step 8: Mix together 1 cup of coconut cream 1.5 teaspoon vanilla extract and 240 grams 1 1/3 cups of dark chocolate. Poor the melted chocolate over the cake. I serve it right away but you can also wait until it cools. And there you have it! A mouthwatering sweet potato chocolate cake that's as easy as it is delicious.
